If you ARE logged in as an evitherm user (registration is free - to register click on Signup at top left of this page) then you may also access the following three items:
Forum - to enter into a public discussion with other evitherm users then click on Forum in the left-hand menu.
Ask an expert - enter details of your question into the form provided in your user area and evitherm will find the expert(s) who is qualified to answer your question. This will typically lead to an iteration of email between you and the expert(s), moderated by evitherm, until either the question is answered to your satisfaction (this is free) or it may lead to paid consultancy, if that is what you choose.
Become an expert - you may wish to apply to become an expert and there is a form provided in your user area for this purpose. As an expert you are prepared to field enquiries that may or may not lead to paid consultancy. Enter details of your expertise in the form and specify the areas in which you would particularly welcome approaches.
